OUR BEGINNING
A Legacy of Faith, Excellence, and Family
For over 15 years, Coach Pete Soliz has poured passion and purpose into developing elite fastpitch athletes and championship teams. He began under the mentorship of Emilio Villa with Texas Force, helping grow the organization to 13 teams in just a few short years. Then founding Angels Fastpitch, where he led the program to a 14U ASA National Championship and expanded to 16 teams across Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. It was during this time that Angels became a powerhouse for college recruitment, placing elite athletes in top Power 5 programs.
After a focused stint with a local Texas Bombers team, and following a brief pause, Coach Soliz returned to lead an Impact Gold Soliz team to elite national status competing in competitive showcase events like PGF Premier Nationals and the Colorado Power Pool. Later joining forces with Teo Caymol at Impact Caymol before making a bold, faith-driven decision at the end of the 2025 season to launch Royalty Fastpitch.
For most of his coaching journey, Coach Soliz proudly wore another organization’s name across his chest—but the greatest success came when leading his own vision. Now, stepping out in faith once again, Royalty Fastpitch is more than a team; it’s a Christ-centered movement built on excellence, integrity, and family.
